browser-plugin-gnash software package provides GNU Shockwave Flash (SWF) player - Plugin for Mozilla and derivatives, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install browser-plugin-gnash
browser-plugin-gnash is installed in your system.
Make ensure the browser-plugin-gnash package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep browser-plugin-gnash *
You will get with browser-plugin-gnash package name, version, architecture and description in a table
